Following on from a successful Easter event, I will be collaborating with the Society of Mediators' Free Mediation Service to support the RCJ Summer Blitz. This programme of expedited hearings aims to address HMCTS's backlog of Civil Matters, similar to how audits are conducted to ensure compliance with IFRS and UKGAAP standards. As always, I am pleased to volunteer my time to assist with this worthwhile endeavour, particularly as it relates to the implications for businesses involved in mergers and acquisitions that require listing compliance.
